Yes. Delegates may pay the fee in full or may select a payment plan. A $75 deposit is required to initiate a payment plan. Payments of any amount must be made at least every 30 days until the total fee is received. Failure to remit payment every 30 days may result in loss of title and fees paid.

No. Due to extremely high production costs, we are not able to return any payments. Please make sure you are able to participate in the state pageant before sending any funds.

Am I required to sell ads for the program book?
No. Program book ad sales are completely optional. Many delegates do sell at least one page of ads as the program book is a keepsake. Ad sales are not required and have no bearing on the outcome of the pageant. To advertise in the program book, click here to get the Advertisement Form.
What kind of prizes can I win?
Currently our sole purpose is to get state representatives to the International competition and the International entrance fee is paid for (which in itself is a $1,050.00 prize) along with several other prizes. State winners are responsible for their own airfare and hotel while at Internationals. Airfare is awarded to the state winner if there are 5 or more delegates in her division at the state competition.
Do all delegates receive a crown & sash?
Yes. It is the option of the delegate if she wishes to have a crown and sash. Once the entire entrance fee is paid, if she selected the option of receiving a crown and sash, they will be sent to her. In order to receive a crown a sash, the entire entrance fee must be paid by Janaury 1, 2009.
When are the pageants for Pre-Teen and Jr. Miss?
Although they are a part of the same system, we like to keep the smaller divisions seperate than the older division. For this reason, the Pre-Teen and Jr. Miss pageants will be held in a seperate production, however they will be at the same location and on the same weekend. The paperwork is different for these two divisions and are located at the bottom of the older division's paperwork.
How will I receive my Final Delegate Packet?
We work all through e-mail. Once you download your paperwork, you will receive a Title Registration Letter and a Final Delegate Packet from us on the date indicated in your paperwork via e-mail. If there are additional updates, please check the scrolling bar in the upper left hand corner of all of the sites, we will display the most recent update or change there as e-mail can often times be unreliable. It is the delegate's and their parent's responsibility to check the website once a week for updates or changes.
